Liu Deming, born in Deyang, Sichuan, settled in Hangzhou. Currently, he is a member of China Artists Association, Sichuan Artists Association, Beijing meticulous painting Association and a professional painter. From 1993 to 1994, he majored in figure painting in China Academy of Fine Arts, and his teaching tutors are Tang Yongli, Liu Jian, Wei Xiaorong, cheng Baodi, Wu Xiansheng and other teachers. From 2000 to 2002, he studied in the postgraduate course of figure painting major of Chinese Academy of Fine Arts, and his tutors were Liu Guohui, Cheng Baodi, Wu Xiansheng, Wei Xiaorong and other teachers. From 2011 to 2014, he studied in Beijing modern meticulous painting Institute and was taught by Wang Tiansheng, Wang Guanjun, Liu Lin, Jiang Caiping and other teachers.
