He guojin, the master of shi fuzhai, was born in yingcheng, hebei province in 67. He is a professional painter and now lives in songzhuang, beijing. He was taught by li dongxu, a famous landscape painter in hebei province in his early years. He studied in beijing academy of painting in 2007 and has been a teacher of wang wenfang, shi qi, etc. Now he is a member of china artists association, china shi qi art research association, a member of hebei artists association, and a member of hebei chinese painting research association, chinese people's congress painting academy, tsinghua university painting academy assistant, vice chairman of shijiazhuang artists association, member of shijiazhuang yingcheng district cppcc, chairman of shijiazhuang yingcheng district artists association.

On november 1, 2019, a huge landscape work "taihang mountain in golden autumn" was selected as "tuo danqing painting scroll" hosted by beijing tiananmen administrative committee. The exhibition of excellent landscape and flower-and-bird paintings of heshengshixinsheng was exhibited at the zhengyang gate of beijing. The works were permanently collected and the collection certificate was issued.
In 2020, it was rated as the top talent in the district by yancheng district government.
