Xu deping, male, born in 1972, is from jishan, anhui province. Graduated from huaibei normal university, he is a national first-class artist, a member of china artists association, and a member of china institute of fine arts, and enjoys government subsidies. He is currently the curator of baishi later generations art museum, the representative of suzhou municipal people's congress and the party representative of suzhou.
