Sun Hongxia, whose pseudonym is Sun Hongxia, is from Qingzhou, Shandong province. She has studied in the Central Academy of Fine Arts (Department of Oil Painting) and the senior research class (direction of Chinese painting) of the school of art of Peking University successively. She is a member of China Artists Association, vice President of Yimeng Academy of Painting, office director and deputy secretary general of Qingzhou Artists Association.

The work "dream home" won the "Hanmo Qingzhou. 2016 National Chinese Painting Exhibition" and was eligible for membership once.

2017

The work "climbing over the mountains and rivers of heaven and earth" won the "Hanmo Qingzhou. 2017 National Chinese Painting Exhibition" and was qualified to join the club once.

2017

The work "mountains and rivers stand for thousands of years" won the first prize of "Mount Tai. The third exhibition of works of Chinese female calligraphers and painters.

2021

The work "Ode to the prosperous times" participated in the great American ZHANGZHOU -- National Chinese Painting Exhibition, and was shortlisted.

2023

The work "poetic Homeland" participated in the great American frontier-the 5th Chinese National Art Biennale and was selected.

2024

The work "poetic Homeland" was selected into 100 representative works and participated in "going deep into the grass-roots level and facing the public-China National Art Biennale National region Tour Exhibition".
