Liao Zhipin, pseudonym Lan Sang, from Changsha, Hunan province, now lives in Beijing. He is a member of China Artists Association, a member of China meticulous painting Association, a vice chairman of Ningxiang Artists Association in Hunan province, a special painter of Beijing Hanhai Ink Rhyme culture and art communication center, and a mentor of Beijing National Exhibition training center. His works were awarded more than ten times in the National Art Exhibition and won the China Artists Association award for three consecutive times in 2017. The works are collected by institutions and individuals such as China Art Museum, China Olympic Committee, Liu Shaoqi Memorial Hall, Harbin Yushun Art Museum, etc.
