Zhang Zaifeng, from Zibo, Shandong. He is a member of China Artists Association, a member of China minority Promotion Association, a member of Shandong Artists Association, a director of Zibo Artists Association, a tutor of the research group of Chinese painting art creation Institute, and a standing director of the people's Painting Institute of the Ministry of Culture.
