Jia Wenmin was born in Funing, Hebei province. He is a member of China Artists Association, vice chairman of Qinhuangdao Artists Association and president of Funing Chinese Painting Association. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Hebei Normal University, studied in the high-grade research class of flower and bird painting in Zhang Lichen of Capital Normal University, and studied in Zhang Lichen, Ji Ruisen and Zhang Guoxing. Jia Wenmin's famous Chinese painting studio was established in Qinhuangdao, and a painting and calligraphy exchange center -- "Ningxiang painting Garden" was established ". Jia Wenmin has always been insisting on learning the ancients and the creation of the teacher, systematically studying the works of ancient masters of all ages, and deeply experiencing the beauty of nature in life. Especially to show the great beauty of Xishuangbanna, he created "Banna series" works. He has been selected into the national exhibition sponsored by China Artists Association for 13 times, of which 4 times won the highest prize. "Jia Wenmin flower and bird painting exhibition" was successfully held in Qinhuangdao in 2018, and the exhibition was held in Vienna European Times Center in 2019. Jia Wenmin's works are collected by many art galleries and friendly people.
