Ma Xinmei, from Xiao county, Anhui province. She is a member of China Artists Association, a member of China Democratic founding Society, a tutor of the high research class of Chinese painting creation in art talent Center of Ministry of Culture, a painter hired by Beijing Yanshan Academy of Painting, a member of the 14th Executive Committee of Anhui Women's Federation, member of the 4th and 5th CPPCC in Suzhou, member of the 9th and 10th CPPCC standing committee in Xiao county, Distinguished Professor of Suzhou University. He successively studied in Gao Yimin studio of the National Academy of Painting of China, Zhang Lichen advanced creation research class of Chinese freehand painting of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and the first doctoral course class of Chinese freehand painting of the Ministry of Education. He learned from Zhang Lichen, Zhang Daoxing, Yue Qianshan and Gao Yumin.
