Liu Danqing, whose pen name is Liu Danqing, was born in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province in 1986. Both undergraduate and graduate students graduated from the department of traditional Chinese painting of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, majoring in landscape. Now he is a full-time painter of Huai'an Art Museum (Huai'an Academy of Painting and Calligraphy), a member of China Artists Association, a member of China meticulous painting society, a member of Jiangsu Xu Beihong Research Association, a painter hired by Xi'an Chinese Academy of Painting, and a painter hired by Li Keran Academy of Painting youth academy. More than ten works were selected into the national exhibitions sponsored by the China-American Association. Most of Liu Danqing's works are mainly ink painting. While inheriting the traditional ink painting, he integrates modern elements and compositions, making his works full of the flavor of the times. In 2023, he once participated in the project "contemporary ink painting Youth Creative Talents Training", which was funded by the National Art Fund in 2023.
