Li Baolan, female, Manchu, from Baoding city, Hebei province. In the early 1980 s, Duan Qiran, a famous meticulous painter who was taught by Liu Kuiling, a master of traditional Chinese painting, and Duan Qishui, a master of traditional Chinese painting and a master of landscape painting of Sun Qifeng, had the honor to be the disciple of the two teachers. In 2013, he studied in Zhongyuan Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Institute affiliated to the Ministry of Culture, graduated from art college of Renmin University of China in 2017, and studied in landscape creation institute of the Ministry of Culture in 2019. Member of China Artists Association, member of China Female Painters Association, member of China fine brushwork painting Association, member of Beijing fine brushwork heavy color painting association, secretary and vice president of Liu Kuiling painting Art Research Institute, deputy Secretary-General of Xiong'an Culture and Art Development Center of China Calligraphers and painters association, director of Mazu Calligraphy and Painting Institute in Meizhou, China, art director and deputy president of Baoding Zhulin Calligraphy and Painting Association. He learned from the famous landscape painters Cheng Zhengguo, Xu Jun and Shi Yunxiang, and later learned from the famous heavy-color painter Jiang Caiping's heavy-color technique and studied heavy-color murals under the guidance of his proud disciple Zhang Yuxian, he mainly focuses on landscape painting creation, and gradually forms his own style through continuous learning, sketching and collecting styles.
