Zhai Sumei, whose name is Hewen, is originally from Binzhou city, Shandong province. Now he is a member of China Artists Association, China meticulous painting Association, China Female Painters Association and Shandong Artists Association. He once studied in the art college of Capital Normal University, and learned from Zha Qidian, Wu xiuyue and Ji Ruisen. The main creation direction is the landscape of City theme. Zhai Sumei often went to the big cities to sketch and collect the scenery, and accumulated a lot of materials to show the beautiful architectural style through works one by one.
