Li Wei, whose name is Ruoxi, is the owner of Yunxi Pavilion. He was born in Zibo city, Shandong province in 1969. He studied in the School of Fine Arts of Qingdao University of Science and Technology and the School of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University successively. He is a member of China Artists Association, a member of China meticulous painting society, an assistant tutor of the senior research class of Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts, the dean of China Xu Beihong Academy of Painting and calligraphy, and a painter employed by the Academy of Painting and calligraphy of China Painting and Calligraphy Magazine.
