Shi Jiancheng was born in Jizhou, Hebei province in 1969. He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a researcher of the Chinese Painting Academy of Hebei Painting Academy, a member of the calligraphy Committee of the calligraphers association of Hebei province, a vice-chairman and secretary-general of Hengshui Calligraphers Association, and a second-class artist.
