Ma Zhigang, born in Tai'an, Shandong province in 1964, graduated from Li Baolin studio, the first senior research class of art department and Chinese Painting Research Institute of Shandong Normal University successively. He is a member of China Artists Association, vice chairman of Beijing Traditional Chinese Painting Artists Association, a member of China Artists Association Heshan Painting Association, a member of Shandong Artists Association, honorary chairman of Gangcheng district Artists Association in Jinan city, Shandong province, and a painter of Li Keran Academy of Painting, researcher, Institute of Culture and Art, Tibet autonomous region.
